The City of Prescott is seeking a provider for its annual Freedom Fest fireworks display, with an optional synchronized drone show.

Description

The City of Prescott is seeking proposals from qualified, experienced, and licensed fireworks production companies for a professional fireworks display at its 4th of July Freedom Fest on July 4, 2027, at Pioneer Park. The contractor will plan, permit, produce, staff, execute, and clean up a 30-minute display, including required safety and regulatory coordination. Proposers may also price an optional synchronized 10–12 minute drone light show. The scope describes annual fireworks services for 2027–2031, with an initial one-year contract and up to four additional one-year extensions by mutual consent.
