Description

Hennepin County is requesting proposals for a qualified public finance consultant to review proposals to the Transit Oriented Communities (TOC) Program and support work related to affordable commercial space for the County’s Housing and Economic Development Department. The consultant will conduct financial analyses of approximately 15–20 TOC Program applications annually. The program supports public and private infrastructure, strategic property acquisition, and transit-oriented real estate development projects. Proposals are due November 12, 2026, at 3:00 PM Central.
