The City of Columbus is seeking one new Bobcat utility terrain vehicle for its Public Utilities Department’s Water division. - Buyer: City of Columbus, Division/Department of Public Utilities; requesting division is Water. - OEM: Bobcat is the only named manufacturer; no other vendors are identified in the request. - Product: One new Bobcat UV34 utility vehicle, part number UV34. - Minimum 39.9-hp, four-cycle EFI gasoline engine; liquid cooling; four-wheel drive; CVT transmission; electric power steering; and hydraulic disc brakes. - Enclosed cab with doors, roof, flip-out windshield, rear window, heat and defogger, mirrors, and windshield wiper/washer; includes a cargo box, brush guard, and front and rear 2-inch receiver hitches. - Requires LED headlights and turn signals, two roof-mounted rear-facing LED work lights, and a cab-mounted LED strobe; white body paint. - Minimum 1,250-pound payload and operation at speeds of at least 25 mph; maximum 85-inch wheelbase, 62-inch width excluding mirrors, and 110-inch turning radius. - Warranty and vendor qualifications: Include at least 12 months of manufacturer warranty at no additional charge. Offerors must document their manufacturer-certified reseller partnership, experience with this equipment and warranty service, and provide at least four similar customer references.
