Nevada National Guard statewide landscaping and grounds maintenance services

Nevada is seeking landscaping contractors to maintain National Guard properties at 20 locations across the state. - Government buyer: Nevada State Purchasing Division, on behalf of the State of Nevada Office of the Military / Nevada National Guard and the Department of Adjutant General and National Guard. - OEMs and named vendors: No manufacturers, OEMs, or bidding vendors are identified in the materials. - Services requested: As-needed grounds maintenance, including mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, aeration, fertilizing, turf replacement and weed control; tree, shrub and plant care; debris removal; irrigation repair and installation; and rock and decomposed granite placement or replenishment. Additional work may include sod, hardscaping, planting, grading, mulch beds, and tree or shrub removal. - Locations and pricing: Recurring maintenance pricing is requested for 20 facilities in Carson City, Carlin/Elko, Fallon, Reno, Henderson, North Las Vegas, and Las Vegas. Vendors must identify which locations they can serve and provide rates for labor categories, project work, per-unit services, and applicable additional charges. No service quantities or completed prices are provided. - Notable requirements: Contractors provide labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and incidentals. Vendors must demonstrate at least three years of relevant experience, required licenses and insurance, financial capacity, qualified staff, irrigation expertise, drought-resilient landscaping capability, quality-control planning, and seasonal and emergency response capacity. Site access requires coordination with facility staff and completion of security screening; at least one English-speaking staff member must be present during each property visit. - Contract structure: The anticipated contract period is four years, structured as an initial two-year term with two optional one-year extensions. The State anticipates multiple awards. Services may be scheduled as one-time, as-needed, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual work; this is not an annual subscription.

Description

The State of Nevada Purchasing Division, on behalf of the Nevada Office of the Military and Department of Adjutant General and National Guard, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide landscaping services at National Guard locations statewide. Services include turf and lawn care, plant and tree care, debris removal, irrigation work, and rock and decomposed granite maintenance, at locations and frequencies specified in the RFQ and Scope of Work. Contractors must provide the labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and incidentals required, and coordinate service visits with facility staff. The solicitation anticipates a contract period from February 1, 2027, through January 31, 2031.
