Disclose AI features and related data use. - Evaluation and delivery: Provide full-function demonstration access, including applicable student, teacher, and administrator features, for at least 60 days or another agreed evaluation period. Ordered materials must meet the district's stated delivery deadline. Adoption is subject to Governing Board approval and may not exceed seven years; the final term will be determined during evaluation.

Description

Mesa Public Schools is requesting proposals for comprehensive core instructional resources for AP Human Geography. Proposed resources must align with the College Board AP Course and Exam Description and applicable Arizona Social Studies Standards, and support rigorous course content, inquiry, assessment and AP exam preparation, instructional supports, and accessibility. Vendors may submit one program and must provide fully functional digital curriculum demonstration access; digital-only and digital-plus-physical pricing options are requested for five- and seven-year terms. Ordered materials must be delivered by June 30, 2027, and the adoption term may not exceed seven years, subject to Governing Board approval.
