The Indianapolis Airport Authority is seeking a qualified design team for a parking garage expansion and terminal access lane improvements at Indianapolis International Airport. - Government buyer: Indianapolis Airport Authority, through its Planning and Development function. - Projects: Parking Garage Expansion – South (Project No. I-27-11) and TNC Terminal Access Lanes (Project No. I-25-019). - Requested services: Professional design and construction administration, including surveying, field investigation, utility and drainage evaluation, geotechnical and environmental coordination, and architectural, structural, civil, and MEP design. - Project scope: A five-level south-side garage expansion adding 1,600 parking spaces and four dedicated transportation network company (TNC) pickup and drop-off lanes between the Ground Transportation Center and the Arrivals roadway. - Expected work products and support: Design packages at schematic and subsequent design stages, cost estimates, final plans and specifications, permitting and bid-package support, bidding services, and construction administration. The design team will coordinate with the Authority and the Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc), including cost/GMP reconciliation, bid review, and change-management review. - Notable requirement: Construction testing and inspection services are excluded. The Authority may cancel, delay, or defer project phases after Schematic Design. - OEMs and vendors: No product manufacturers, named vendors, or part-numbered products are identified.

Description

The Indianapolis Airport Authority is seeking qualifications from a qualified firm or team to provide professional engineering and design services for the Parking Garage Expansion-South and TNC Terminal Access Lanes at Indianapolis International Airport. The selected respondent will be expected to collaborate with the selected Construction Manager as Constructor team during all phases of the project. The scope and contract term are defined in Exhibit A of the attached RFQ. Statements of Qualifications are due November 20, 2026, at 3:00 PM ET.
