Engagement teams must have appropriate qualifications and include subject-matter experts when needed. - Pricing roles: Fully burdened hourly rates are requested for Partner/Project Manager, Director, Audit Senior Manager, Audit Manager, Supervisory Auditor, Senior Auditor, Staff Auditor, and Subject Matter Expert. Description

The Southern California Regional Rail Authority (SCRRA) is seeking proposals to establish an on-call audit services bench of up to four qualified firms; GAAP-based financial statement audits are excluded. Services may include performance and compliance audits, fuel hedging and financial risk audits, Transportation Development Act triennial performance reviews, cost proposal analysis, contract or project management audits, and information technology audits. Work will be issued through contract task orders, with task orders awarded via second-tier competition. The base period is three years, with two one-year renewal options stated in the solicitation instructions; proposals are due December 2, 2026.
