Description

Greenville County Schools is seeking proposals for HVAC water-treatment chemicals and services for its hydronic heating and heat-pump systems, chilled-water and condenser-water systems, and associated HVAC equipment. Work includes routine inspections, laboratory analysis, system treatment, Legionella testing, corrosion monitoring, service reporting, and maintaining existing chemical-feed equipment across District facilities. The scope references 27 open-loop locations, 81 closed-loop locations, and nine cooling-tower locations, and prohibits subcontractors. The initial contract term is one year, with annual extensions by agreement for a potential total term of five years; proposals are due November 17, 2026.
