The City of Regina seeks qualified consultants to review, refine, and enhance its existing draft Inclusive Talent Acquisition Strategy. The work will integrate current corporate initiatives, including the Accessibility Plan, kâ-nâsihcikêwin Indigenous Framework, 2SLGBTQIAP+ Action Plan, and IDEA commitments, into a cohesive five-year strategy. Deliverables include strategic recommendations, an implementation roadmap, performance measures, executive-ready materials, and a final strategy document supporting inclusive talent acquisition and workforce planning.
