Description

ITAQ is soliciting bids from general contractors to perform on-demand construction work at its Saint-Hyacinthe and La Pocatière campuses. Work may include renovation, reconfiguration, asset maintenance, repairs, code compliance, and improvements to buildings, facilities, and infrastructure. The solicitation is divided into two lots, evaluated and awarded independently, and bidders may submit for either or both lots. The initial contract term is 12 months, with two 12-month renewal options at ITAQ’s discretion, for a maximum duration of 36 months. A bid security equal to 10% of the total proposed bid price is required.
