East Liverpool City Schools seeks bids for up to 20 network UPS/battery backup systems for five eligible schools and approximately 14 network closets. The project includes UPS units, batteries, network management, software and licenses, mounting accessories, installation, configuration, and testing; Ubiquiti or equivalent products will be considered. Vendors must complete an individual mandatory site visit by December 2, 2026, and submit itemized proposals identifying equipment, installation, licensing, runtime, warranties, and ineligible costs. Proposals are due by email on December 10, 2026, at 2:00 PM ET; eligible price is the most heavily weighted evaluation factor, and the district may award all, part, or none of the request.
