This is a pre-engagement call for upcoming RFP 25138 for Direct Install Program Delivery Services. The anticipated scope includes program start-up and administration, subcontractor management, customer assessments, and installation services; marketing and incentive administration may also be required. Services will cover residential, commercial, and light industrial customers throughout British Columbia. The opportunity is subject to Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement, and responses must be in English.
