These are alternate identifiers for the same item. - Requirements: White, sterile, 4 × 4-inch, 12-ply gauze sponges. Ten sponges must be sealed in each waterproof tray with a peelable cover, with 128 trays per package. - Shelf life must be 36 months, and no more than five months may pass between manufacture and delivery. Delivery is FOB destination to the Fort Campbell receiving location.
