Description

The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Forest Service requires the need to purchase the services of a Project Facilitator (PF) to be used to achieve fair, objective, and transparent valuation and pricing measures for Forest Service Energy Savings Programs at Forest Products Lab in accordance with the Performance Work Statement attached..
