42 electronics cabinets for Fermilab DUNE DAQ activities

Fermi Forward Discovery Group, LLC is seeking 42 enclosed electronics cabinets for the DUNE data acquisition system at Fermilab. - Buyer and project - Fermi Forward Discovery Group, LLC (FFDG/FermiForward), under the U.S. Department of Energy, for the Far Detector & Cryogenics subproject of LBNF/DUNE-US at Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (Fermilab). - The procurement is associated with DAQ activities for VD/HD, Ross Dry, and CUC. - Products and OEM - OEM named: Rack Solutions; the requested cabinet is Rack Solutions RS148, part number 148-8450, or an equivalent. - 40 electronics racks for Activity IDs A450622 (VD/HD) and A452467 (Ross Dry) DAQ. - 2 electronics racks for Activity ID A48422 (CUC) DAQ. - Cabinets must provide 48U capacity, measure 24 in. wide x 48 in. deep x 90.25 in. high with casters, and meet the specified construction, access, ventilation, cable-management, and 3,000-lb load requirements. A minimum five-year limited warranty is required. - Shipping and support - Shipping is required for all 42 racks: 40 for VD/HD/Ross Dry and 2 for CUC. BOL and packing list must include PID# D08500100001-00001-US001. - Shipments must follow Dakota Warehouse requirements, including advance coordination, suitable packaging and equipment, and prior coordination for special handling. The warehouse has no overhead lift or ground-level dock doors; noncompliant or damaged shipments may be rejected or returned. - The supplier must provide delivery-schedule updates and answer installation or operating questions about the cabinets. - Other attachment item - A FermiForward subcontractor annual representations and certifications form is included; it covers company, business-status, compliance, and related representations and is effective for 12 months after signature.
