Turnkey Vehicle Maintenance Storage Building and Site Work

Macon-Bibb County is seeking a turnkey commercial storage building and site work for its Vehicle Maintenance Department. - Buyer: Macon-Bibb County Board of Commissioners, through the Macon-Bibb County Procurement Department. - OEMs and vendors: No manufacturers, OEMs, or vendors are named in the solicitation. - Building: Supply and install one 50-by-170-foot, 20-foot-high commercial building with a vertical roof, 14-gauge framing, 3:12 pitch, five-foot on-center spacing, and certified 140 MPH wind and 30 PSF snow ratings. Include a vertical certified front gable, closed vertical rear and side walls, and a 150-foot-deep rear storage area. - Doors and window opening: Provide two framed openings for 18-by-18-foot roll-up doors, one 14-by-14-foot front roll-up door with chain hoist, one framed opening for a 30-by-36-inch window, and one 36-by-80-inch six-panel metal walk-in door.
