The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking laboratory testing for the Robley Rex VA Medical Center’s pharmacy sterile-compounding areas. - Government buyer: Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration; Network Contracting Office 9; Louisville VAMC Pharmacy Service. - Services requested: Cleanroom environmental and personnel testing, including surface and personnel contact-plate sampling, gloved fingertip/thumb sampling, media-fill testing, and retesting as needed. - Quantities: Across the five-year potential period, the listed estimates total 300 personnel contact-plate samples, 1,200 fingertip samples, 300 aseptic-technique/media-fill tests, 1,440 area contact-plate samples, and 250 estimated retests. These represent annual estimates of 60, 240, 60, 288, and 50, respectively. - Notable requirements: Work must comply with USP / and applicable CETA guidance.
