Transmission Pipeline Transaction Business Solution for TransGas

The Government of Saskatchewan, through SaskEnergy Incorporated and TransGas Limited, is seeking qualified suppliers for a commercial transmission pipeline transaction business solution. - Buyer: Government of Saskatchewan, through SaskEnergy Incorporated and its subsidiary TransGas Limited; the RFSQ is associated with TransGas. - Requested solution: One commercially available software solution to replace the legacy system supporting natural-gas transmission, midstream, and storage operations. No solution OEM, product name, or part number is specified. - Capabilities: Customer self-service and nominations; contract and capacity management; measurement, volumetric and energy management; tariff, rates and billing; reporting and analytics; enterprise integration; inventory and storage; and security and access management. - Scale and integrations: Approximately 1,000 internal and customer users currently access the legacy system. The solution must support integration with Oracle Fusion ERP, GMAS measurement systems, and AVEVA SCADA. TransGas is seeking supplier qualifications for a Transmission Pipeline Transaction Business Solution. The RFSQ will establish a list of qualified suppliers invited to submit proposals in a subsequent RFP. The solution scope covers the business solution; implementation services are expressly excluded and will be procured through a separate RFP process.
