Tualatin Valley Water District invites qualified professional firms to submit statements of qualifications for on-call professional services supporting the Willamette Water Supply System during startup and early operations. Services include advisory, as-needed technical support for water treatment, pumping, and transmission systems, including troubleshooting, operational support, and system performance guidance; consultants are not expected to operate facilities. Proposers may submit for Treatment and Pumping Support, Transmission System Support, or both categories. The District anticipates awarding three umbrella contracts to qualified consultants in each category, though it may award more or fewer, and an umbrella contract does not guarantee work. SOQs must be submitted through Bid Locker by November 19, 2026, at 2:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time; access to the solicitation documents requires agency approval.
