Anoka County Public Health & Environmental Services (PHES) seeks a qualified software and professional services vendor to provide a modern, comprehensive technology solution. The solution will replace the department’s Energov platform for entering, managing, and tracking licensing and inspection data, as well as its reliance on OnBase for document management. The County seeks a unified platform that improves usability and operational efficiency, supports regulatory compliance, and provides long-term scalability for Environmental Services programs.
