Description

North East Independent School District is seeking proposals for security cameras at LEE, Churchill, and Madison schools as Package A in support of the 2025 Bond (A04). The procurement is subject to the instructions, terms, conditions, and specifications in the solicitation, and purchases will be made as needed; no purchase quantities or dollar amounts are guaranteed. Proposals are due November 9, 2026, at 9:00 AM CT, and late submissions will not be considered. Proposers must submit proof of required insurance and a signed, notarized Hold Harmless Agreement with the proposal; electronic submission is strongly requested.
