Description

Lane County is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide administration, record keeping, education, communications, investment-related, and other services for its 457 Deferred Compensation Plan #301055, 401(a) Defined Contribution Plan, and 457 Deferred Compensation Plan #301288. The RFP aims to improve participant retirement outcomes, plan competitiveness, integrated administration and reporting, participant education and communications, and online capabilities. Other objectives include evaluating pricing, reducing participant and plan expenses, reducing County administrative effort, and supporting an orderly transition if needed.
