ImOn Ice Arena door and hardware replacement

The City of Cedar Rapids is seeking a contractor to replace doors and related hardware at ImOn Ice Arena in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. - Government buyer: City of Cedar Rapids, Facilities Maintenance Services Division; Purchasing Services is identified as the office in the bid invitation. - Scope: Provide labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, installation, electrical reconnection, finish restoration, and debris disposal for door and hardware replacement and related inspection or repair. - Products and quantities: Replace three medium-stile aluminum doors/subframes; install two primed 36 x 69-inch hollow-metal doors and two primed 3 x 7-foot hollow-metal doors; supply six panic-bar hardware sets, three overhead door holders, one heavy-duty door closer, and new weather seals for 18 doors.
