FRA is inviting public comments on the proposed Safety Plan amendment. - MARAD is seeking comments on the proposed use of the foreign-built small passenger vessel M/V GT PRINCESS in U.S. coastwise trade, including possible effects on U.S. vessel builders and coastwise-trade businesses. - No products, quantities, OEMs, or commercial vendors are identified; these notices do not request a procurement.
