The City of Bryan is seeking a contractor to prepare Midtown Park sites and install utilities and related improvements for two City-purchased CXT prefabricated restrooms. - Government buyer: City of Bryan, Special Projects Department, with procurement handled by the Purchasing Department; project is in Bryan, Texas. - OEM: CXT, Inc. is identified as the manufacturer of the two prefabricated restrooms. Description

The City of Bryan is seeking proposals for utility installation and hook-up work for the bathrooms at Midtown Park. The solicitation is issued as RFP 27-002, with electronic or sealed proposals due November 12, 2026, at 2:00 PM CST. A mandatory pre-proposal site visit is scheduled for October 30, 2026, with sessions from 10:00–11:00 AM or 1:00–2:00 PM at Midtown Park in Bryan, Texas. Addendum No. 1 clarifies the site visit times and must be acknowledged and included with the response package.
