Description

PRE-AWARD RESPONSIBILITY & EXCLUSIONS DETERMINATION (FAR 4.1102, 9.104-1, 9.405): On 23 October 2026, a mandatory electronic search and pre-award responsibility verification was conducted in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) for The MathWorks, Inc. (CAGE: 0C524, NAICS: 513210, Size Standard: $47.0M). The contractor maintains an active SAM.gov registration with no delinquent federal debt subject to offset. A query of the SAM Exclusions database confirmed no active exclusions, debarments, or suspensions for The MathWorks, Inc. or its corporate principals. Annual representations and certifications confirm compliance with FAR 52.204-24 and 52.204-26 (Section 889). In accordance with FAR 9.104-1, The MathWorks, Inc. possesses the requisite financial, technical, and operational capability to satisfy this requirement and is hereby determined responsible and eligible for award.
