The supplier will remove defective bulbs and ballasts, install replacements provided by the Alabama Department of Human Resources, inspect components and wiring, make minor electrical adjustments, and test the serviced fixtures. The supplier must provide labor, tools, access equipment, and safety equipment, and properly dispose of replaced materials and leave the work areas clean.
