Description

Strathcona County seeks a qualified respondent to provide maintenance services and monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual inspections of fire safety, fire suppression, and kitchen range hood suppression equipment and systems in various County buildings. The work includes reporting on equipment condition and deficiencies, as well as completing approved maintenance and repair work. Quotations are for the deliverables described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix A); an optional site visit is noted. The contract term is January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2031.
