Description

The City of Las Vegas is seeking qualified firms or individuals to manage and operate a Recuperative Care Center (RCC) and a Health and Wellness Center (HWC). The RCC is located at 1581 N. Main St., Las Vegas, NV, and the HWC is at 1450 N Main Street. Proposals must be submitted electronically through NGEM by November 17, 2026, at 1:30 PM PT; partial proposals will not be accepted. A pre-proposal conference and non-mandatory site walk are scheduled for October 12, 2026.
