The City of Baton Rouge/East Baton Rouge Parish is seeking recurring janitorial services for its Department of Maintenance facility. - Government buyer: City of Baton Rouge and Parish of East Baton Rouge, Department of Maintenance; Purchasing Division. - Services requested: - Base janitorial services for approximately 20,335 sq. ft. at the DOM portion of the facility at 4445 Plank Road. - Carpet shampooing for approximately 900 sq. ft. per requested occurrence. - Stripping and waxing bare floors covering approximately 19,435 sq. ft. per requested occurrence. - Service requirements: Routine cleaning is Monday through Friday, starting at 8:00 a.m. The contractor supplies labor, supervision, cleaning materials, and equipment; the agency also furnishes specified supplies and equipment. Description
