The New York State Office of Information Technology Services is requesting information from vendors about Cloud Broker Management and Operations Services to help shape a future unified Enterprise Agreement model for procuring, managing, and operating New York State cloud services. ITS seeks input from qualified vendors with expertise in cloud brokerage, subscription lifecycle management, FinOps, third-party terms governance, and security compliance. Desired capabilities include governed access to public and private cloud services, SaaS/PaaS/IaaS and AI-enabled offerings, security tools, marketplace transactions, and statewide reporting.
