Quantities and eligible entities are estimates. A four-year annual installment plan is requested for the non-discounted portion of eligible special-construction costs. Planada Elementary School District is seeking bids for E-Rate Year 2027 data communications services. The work includes individual dedicated point-to-point leased dark fiber, 10 Gbps leased lit fiber, and maintenance and operations of leased dark fiber, serving three entities. Proposals must provide separate pricing for each request or option; shared or point-to-multipoint configurations are not acceptable. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope by December 15, 2026, at 2:00 PM Pacific, following the attached RFP requirements.
