Navy seeks combat-system data integration and predictive-maintenance software development

This Navy notice seeks continued development of software that integrates combat-system data and supports predictive maintenance. - Agency: Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme Division, U.S. Navy. - Work: Develop a secure, scalable capability to integrate disparate data sources, generate synthetic data, and develop, test, and evaluate analytics. - Identify equipment degradation and anomalous conditions. - Mature software architecture, cybersecurity, and deployable software services. - Provide prognostic and predictive-maintenance decision support to improve readiness and operational availability. - Deliverables: Usable software capabilities in incremental releases every six months. - Commercial details: No OEM, vendor, named product, part number, item quantity, overall performance dates, or contract value is specified.

Description

The Navy requires continued development of a secure, scalable capability to ingest combat-system data, identify equipment degradation and anomalous conditions, and provide prognostic and predictive-maintenance decision support to improve readiness and operational availability. Current capabilities require continued maturation of data integration, synthetic-data generation, predictive analytics, software architecture, cybersecurity, and deployable software services. This software system needs to integrate multiple disparate data sources; develop, test, and evaluate analytic models; and deliver with usable prognostic and predictive-maintenance capability delivered through six-month incremental software releases.
