GSA is seeking carpet and baseboard replacement for DHS Homeland Security Investigations at the Schwartz Federal Building in San Diego. - Government buyer: General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS), Project Delivery West – Branch E; work is for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Homeland Security Investigations (HSI). - Work requested: Replace approximately 6,000 square feet of carpet and adjacent baseboards in HSI’s second-floor space. - Contractor responsibilities: Provide labor, materials, and support; move furniture out of the work area and return it after installation; relocate electrical or mechanical building-system components as needed. - OEMs and vendors: No manufacturers, vendors, or product part numbers are named in the provided materials. - Notable requirement: A site walk is required to submit a proposal.

Description

Contractor to provide all labor, materials and support necessary to replace approximately 6000 square feet of carpet and adjacent base boards in the HSI space on the 2nd floor of the Schwartz Federal Building, located at 880 Front Street, San Diego, CA 92101, in accordance with the statement of work. All furniture located in the space shall be relocated and moved back after carpet has been installed by the Contractor. The Contractor shall also be responsible for relocating any electrical and/or mechanical building system components necessary to perform this work.
