The Illinois Tollway is seeking bids for roadway and bridge rehabilitation and plaza improvements on the Jane Addams Memorial Tollway (I-90), from Mile Post 10.3 to Mile Post 25.3 in Winnebago and Boone counties, Illinois. Work includes mill and overlay, pavement and longitudinal joint repairs, bridge and retaining wall repairs, drainage and safety improvements, signing and pavement markings, earthwork, plaza improvements, traffic maintenance, landscaping, and miscellaneous work. Bids must be submitted electronically through BidBuy by December 3, 2026, at 10:30 a.m.; paper submissions are not accepted.
