Description

The project is the rehabilitation of the barn at Wheaton Farm. Work includes reconstruction of a wall section, partial removal of the second floor, partial construction of the third floor, and structural bracing. It also includes re-roofing, re-siding, installation of custom doors, and construction of a concrete slab-on-grade floor. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for October 28, 2026, at Wheaton Farm Barn, 520 Bay Road, South Easton, MA 02375.
