PCL Constructors Westcoast Inc., as Construction Manager for the City of Castlegar, is prequalifying trade contractors for the expansion and renovation of the West Kootenay Regional Airport terminal at 130–132 Hall Road, Castlegar, BC. The project includes approximately 498 m² of new floor area and terminal renovations, including a second gate, baggage handling areas, screening spaces, retail units, washrooms, building systems, exterior improvements, and associated site work. The airport will remain operational during construction, requiring phased work, controlled access, and coordination around passengers, tenants, and airport operations.
