Description

Calgary Public Library is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide comprehensive, professional, and environmentally responsible small- to medium-sized HVAC services, equipment, and related products. Services are to be delivered in accordance with the RFP’s terms and conditions and statement of work. The Library may certify more than one contractor for an initial three-year term, with an option to renew for one additional two-year term. Pricing is firm for the first 12 months, with pricing requested for years two and three; the contract is stated to commence January 11, 2027.
