The City of Saguenay is seeking professional laboratory services to analyze per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in drinking water. The initial contract term is 24 months, with one optional one-year renewal for a total possible term of 36 months. The contract will be awarded to the compliant bidder with the highest score under the quality evaluation system. Eligible bids must come from businesses established in Canada or a territory covered by an applicable intergovernmental agreement; submissions may be delivered or made electronically through SEAO.
