Description

The City of Evanston seeks qualified vendors to develop and deliver engaging, interactive Spanish-language learning programs. Instruction should be age-appropriate and build conversational skills and vocabulary through interactive activities and hands-on learning. The programs should introduce participants to cultures and traditions of Spanish-speaking communities in a welcoming, inclusive environment. The selected vendor will enter into a 70% Vendor / 30% City of Evanston contract aligned with the Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department Vendor Contract for services.
