Description

The City of Saskatoon is seeking a service provider to develop, host, and maintain a city-wide virtual home energy and climate resilience labelling map and renovation roadmap platform for residents. The platform will use Saskatoon-specific data and existing EnerGuide information for homes with an EnerGuide label. For homes without an existing label, it will use digital energy labelling data and housing archetype analysis to generate estimated energy performance information. Respondents must register on the City’s electronic bidding system to access documents, ask questions, receive addenda and notifications, and submit bids; competition documents are not currently available.
