Description

The project is to furnish all labor, materials, delivery, transportation, and associated services to upgrade the existing fire alarm systems at 4040 Losee Road. The upgrade will provide a separate, code-compliant fire alarm system with voice evacuation notification to monitor the building’s fire sprinkler system and HVAC units. The work must be completed within 30 consecutive calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed, including punch-list resolution, final cleanup, and demobilization. Attendance at the October 29, 2026 mandatory pre-bid conference is required for bid eligibility.
