The City of Las Vegas is seeking proposals to develop an ice hockey facility on approximately five acres of city-owned land in northwest Las Vegas. The project site is at 10257 W. Deer Springs Way, adjacent to the Clark County-215. The solicitation includes a primary development area and a conditional expansion opportunity.
