The U.S. Department of Commerce is continuing trade-remedy orders covering certain imported oil country tubular goods, rather than soliciting products or services. - Government entities: U.S. Department of Commerce, through the International Trade Administration; the U.S. International Trade Commission made the related injury determinations, and U.S. Customs and Border Protection will continue collecting applicable duty deposits. - Countries covered: India, the Republic of Korea, the Republic of Türkiye, the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, and Ukraine. - Covered merchandise: Specified hollow steel oil-well casing and tubing, seamless or welded, and OCTG coupling stock. - Exclusions include certain chromium-content casing or tubing, drill pipe, unattached couplings, and unattached thread protectors. - Basis and effect: Commerce and the International Trade Commission determined that revoking the orders would likely lead to continued or recurring dumping and countervailable subsidies, and material injury to a U.S. industry. Applicable cash deposits remain in effect for covered imports. - Procurement status: This is a regulatory trade-remedy notice, not a request to buy products or services. No OEMs, vendors, product quantities, or part numbers are identified.

The effective date is September 29, 2026, and U.S. Customs and Border Protection will continue collecting cash deposits at the rates in effect at entry.
