Respondents are manufacturers of the product categories listed below. - Products covered: Bioremediation agents, dispersants, herding agents, surface washing agents, solidifiers, and sorbents. The collection covers technical product information, including applicable toxicity and efficacy testing data, used to list products on the NCP Product Schedule or Sorbent Product List. Over the proposed three-year renewal period, EPA estimates manufacturers may submit 15 additional products for the NCP Product Schedule and 30 additional sorbents for the Sorbent Product List. - Notable requirements: The notice seeks comments on whether the information collection is necessary and useful, the accuracy of the burden estimate, the quality and clarity of the information collected, and ways to reduce respondent burden.
