Description

The National Archives and Records Administration proposes to ask the Office of Management and Budget to renew information collection OMB 3095-0036. The collection obtains information from Presidential library foundations or other entities proposing to transfer a Presidential library facility to NARA, to support the design, construction, and equipping of Presidential libraries. NARA states the information is needed to report to Congress before accepting a new Presidential library facility. The notice invites public comments under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995; comments are due by December 21, 2026.
