Description

The County of Rockland is seeking qualified providers to administer and deliver a comprehensive Portable Meal Program for eligible older adults across all five Rockland County townships. The program is intended to expand access to nutritious meals in hard-to-reach communities, support independence among older adults who may not need traditional home-delivered services, and help reduce senior food insecurity. Required submissions include a cost proposal, technical proposal, past and present performance information, required disclosures and certifications, and federal contract clauses. The response deadline is November 19, 2026, at 3:00 PM EST.
