The solicitation materials also name buyers John Obregon and Monty-Clair E. Attendee estimates range from 350 to 400, with no minimum lodging or meal quantities guaranteed. - Lodging and parking: 110 single-occupancy rooms nightly for six nights; parking for 400 vehicles per day. - Meeting setup: Two general session rooms for up to 100 attendees each, plus breakout and management rooms for groups of approximately 10–50. Layouts include modified classroom and U-shaped configurations. The scope also calls for a mothers room and a 24/7 facility contact. - Food, beverages, and AV: Lunch and water-only beverage service are listed for up to 400 attendees over five event days. Another scope describes all-day beverages for 110 attendees, with water and coffee if possible. No product part numbers are specified. Named organizations associated with the event include MAPE, AFSCME, SEGIP, BMS, and the Union; they are not identified as vendors. - Solicitation status: The materials state that all responses were rejected; no awardee is identified.
