Description

The Minnesota Department of Health seeks a contractor to develop, design, and support implementation of public health emergency preparedness exercises and related materials. The work is to align with public health emergency preparedness requirements, statewide preparedness priorities, and local and Tribal public health needs. The cost proposal identifies options for a full-lifecycle functional exercise for up to 250 participants and design-and-development packages for functional, full-scale, and exercise-in-a-box exercises. Responses must be submitted through the SWIFT Supplier Portal by November 12, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Central Time.
