Printing, folding, and delivery of 50,000 Route 66 Centennial maps

The City of Joplin is seeking a printer to produce and deliver 50,000 folded maps commemorating Route 66’s centennial. - Buyer: City of Joplin, Missouri, through its Convention and Visitors Bureau. - Requested product: 50,000 Route 66 Centennial maps, printed on both sides in four colors on white 80 lb. gloss text paper, with gloss aqueous coating or equivalent. Each sheet is 24 by 18 inches with 0.125-inch bleed and must be folded to 4 by 9 inches. The City will provide camera-ready artwork. - Delivery quantities: 30,000 copies to Visit Joplin, 10,000 to Visit Miami, and 10,000 to the Baxter Springs Heritage Center & Museum. - Production requirements: Provide two proof copies for approval and include paper samples and 2–3 samples of similar completed work with the bid.
